Technicians are required by OSHA to complete weekly safety training. I collaborated with a cross-functional team to design and develop 52 safety training modules covering a wide range of topics. Each module included a concise video offered in both English and Spanish, along with an assessment to evaluate mastery of the material. Every training went through a rigorous review and feedback process involving technicians, safety subject matter experts (SMEs), and fellow instructional designers.

"Cleaning Draught Lines" is an interactive learning experience included in the Brewers Association's Quality Draught Beer Course package. The course package is available for purchase here! Users learn through trial and error what PPE to wear and how to clean a draught line. The graphics were customized in Adobe Illustrator to maintain branding choices and incorporate animated features.

This micro-learning experience reinforces modeling healthy boundaries as caregivers. The branching scenario and responses help learners to practice the application of a skill (modeling healthy boundaries). Just for fun, I added a gamified snowflake graphic and sound effect to help keep learners engaged.
