Technicians are required to complete safety training every week, that's 52 modules a year. I partnered with a cross-functional team to design and develop the entire library, giving each topic a bilingual video (English and Spanish) and a mastery assessment. Nothing shipped without sign-off from technicians, safety SMEs, and fellow instructional designers. This particular module uses AI video recreation to tell a real story, something that actually happened to a technician on the job.

"Cleaning Draught Lines" is one interactive component from the Brewers Association's Quality Draught Beer Course package. The example is an interactive component included to give you a preview of the full experience.
As both the Learning Consultant and eLearning Developer on this project, I designed a trial-and-error learning experience that guides users through selecting the correct PPE and executing a proper draught line cleaning procedure. Custom graphics were built in Adobe Illustrator to match the Brewers Association's branding and bring in animated elements that make the interactions feel polished and purposeful.

ACT Guide is a research-backed, online self-help program developed by Utah State University to help users manage depression, anxiety, and stress through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. As a Learning Consultant for the USU ACT Research Group, I identified an opportunity to strengthen the program's instructional design, accessibility, and visual experience, and put together this proposal to make the case.
The program's content is genuinely powerful, but the existing version was five years old and struggling with participant adherence due to content overload across its 12 sessions. Drawing on my background in instructional design and graphic design, I conducted a thorough review and developed recommendations across four areas: a refreshed style guide grounded in WCAG accessibility standards, updated color and typography systems, word-for-word UX writing edits, and enhanced video strategy. The proposal also includes a prototype video I produced to demonstrate what an updated session could look and feel like.
This project reflects the kind of work I find most meaningful, bringing instructional design and design thinking to content that genuinely improves people's lives.
