Hey Girl!

I see you! That's right, I see you starting out the morning with a cup of coffee, ok two cups, and skipping breakfast as you rush to get ready for work and get everyone out the door. 

I see you reaching for a snack and making the mid afternoon Starbucks stop for a little pick-me-up. 

I see you sneaking Oreos and pretzels that you bought "for the kids" while the littles are napping. And the Thin Mints? Those damn Thin Mints. You wonder how the box could be mostly gone already! You JUST bought them.

I can see all these things because this was ME! I've spent years being unhappy with the way I look, struggling with my clothes, and having an unhealthy relationship with food. Most of my life I've been beating myself up and speaking to myself in a way I'd never speak to anyone. 

And you know what? I got so sick and tired of feeling tired, fat, and unhappy with myself that I was ready for a permanent change. That's when I found BARE!

The BARE method is not a cleanse, detox, or a diet! 

I was done with all that! 

BARE is a program that is built on the foundation of self love and a series of steps that show you how you can move through the day and feel your feelings, without "needing" the numbing, protective shield that emotional eating can provide. 

BARE can show you how to decode your eating habits and figure out why you feel the urge to snack when you're not really hungry. 

You'll fill your life with new experiences so that food is no longer your primary (or only) source of pleasure, excitement, or entertainment.

And you'll reconnect with your dreams, goals, and desires and start leading the life you really want, now, instead of postponing your dreams until "someday later" when your body is "perfect."

The BARE method made such a huge impact on my life that I became one of a very small handful of certified BARE coaches, personally trained by the originator of the BARE method herself. This process is incredible, and I can't wait to share it with YOU!

Here's what you'll learn:

+ How to manage your emotions (stress, anxiety, boredom, etc) with out turning to food and snacks for comfort and numbing.
+ How to find sources of pleasure and excitement that are not food-related.

+ We will work through different content and homework each week.

There are no "guarantees," except this one: Once you learn how to  manage your emotions without turning to food for comfort, support, numbing, shielding, distractions, or entertainment, you will drop down to your natural weight. Your body will change, permanently, and your life will transform, too. That, I can promise.
