Even though I was happy with my life, for YEARS I was unhappy with myself, my body, and my weight. I constantly compared myself to other women. I was striving for perfection and holding myself to a set of standards I’d NEVER expect of someone else. It was exhausting! I became so sick and tired of feeling that way which finally pushed me to be ready to make a permanent change! Enter BARE.

How It Works:

By working with a certified BARE method weight loss coach like me, you will learn:

  • How to manage your emotions (stress, anxiety, boredom, etc) without turning to food for comfort, numbing, support, or entertainment.
  • How to find sources of pleasure and excitement that are not food related.
  • How to cultivate more love and respect for your body, even if you are not currently living at your natural weight yet
  • How to tune into you body's natural signals of hunger and fullness so that you understand when to start and stop eating. You leave meals feeling energized (not sluggish), and you never have to count calories again.

The Details:

I offer the BARE program two ways: through small group coaching several times each year and 1:1 coaching ongoing.

The Private 1:1 Program includes:

  • Seven coaching sessions over the phone at a time you schedule
  • The option to have calls recorded should you want to listen to them again later
  • Email support between calls
  • Lots of book recommendations, tools, and inspiration to help you on your BARE journey
  • Special surprises along the way

The Small Group Program Includes: 

  • A small group of five or six women
  • Seven sessions of group coaching over the phone at a predesignated day and time
  • Each call is recorded so you won't miss a thing if you can't join us for the live call
  • Two private 1:1 coaching sessions to work more on any part of the BARE process you'd like 
  • A private Facebook group only for current BARE participants where we can support and cheer you on
  • Lots of book recommendations, tools, and inspiration to help you on your BARE journey
