I believe learning experiences should respect your time, meet you where you are, and, yes, actually be enjoyable. I've never lost my appetite for finding ways to connect with learners and make the experience stick.
Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege of working across diverse worlds, from international nonprofits to the corporate floor. I've built courses for call center teams, HVAC technicians, and leadership programs, designed onboarding experiences that actually prepare people for day one, and created workbooks that learners return to long after the training ends. I've also coached teachers and facilitators along the way. No matter the industry or audience, the mission stays the same: make it meaningful, make it land.
I'm the first woman in my family, for generations, to earn a college degree, followed by not one, but two graduate degrees. That didn't happen by accident. I've always been wired to learn, and I've spent my career channeling that drive into work that lights other people up too.
My sweet spot? The place where technology and learning theory collide.
Articulate Storyline, Rise, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro: these aren't just tools to me, they're a creative playground. I design courses, produce videos, craft workbooks, and browse font collections and color palettes for fun. Vector graphics are a hobby. If there's a more engaging, more beautiful way to build a learning experience, I'm already looking for it.
