Ever sat through a compliance training, silently begging for it to end?

You know the feeling: I already know this. I can read faster than this narrator talks. I could pass this quiz in my sleep.

Here's a not-so-secret secret: those trainings weren't built for you. They were built for a checkbox. Which raises a question: what's the point of compliance if nobody's actually learning anything?

I believe learning should do better than that. It should respect your time, meet you where you are, and, yes, actually be enjoyable. I've never lost my appetite for finding ways to connect with learners and make the experience stick.
